Housing counseling

We provide low-threshold housing counseling, which aims to secure housing by preventing and solving housing problems and providing guidance on housing-related issues.

The service is available to all town residents.

Housing counseling covers several areas:

• housing counseling and guidance for people living in rented, right-of-occupancy, and owner-occupied housing
• housing-related financial advice
• resolving problems in rental payments, rent arrears, and financial management, and monitoring rental payments
• service guidance and cooperation with the service network
• arranging groups for rent arrears and housing search
• low-threshold financial advice clinic
• counseling on housing problems, mismanagement of apartments, and neighborhood disputes
• general housing guidance
• counseling on searching for an apartment and preventing homelessness
