House rules and regulations

We want to maintain common comfort and safety in this house, so the following house rules apply in addition to laws and regulations:

Common spaces and yard areas

The outer door of the staircase must be kept locked between 21:00 and 07:00. Please note that you must close the doors behind you when you walk in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in the staircase, elevator, and other common areas.
Your belongings may only be stored in areas intended for them. The storage of fire hazardous and dangerous substances in common areas is prohibited.
You must take the garbage to the designated areas and follow the given instructions on sorting. You are forbidden to leave hazardous waste and furniture and in common areas, in the yard or in the waste container area.
Please don’t damage the lawns and plants.
You are forbidden to place advertisements or signs. You are allowed to install your own antennas on your own balcony or in rowhouses on the yard belonging to the apartment. Installing your own antennas on the roof is not accepted.
You are forbidden to feed birds and squirrels in the yard. You are also forbidden to place such a bird feeder that squirrels etc. can eat from.

Apartments

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. If you smoke, you must make sure that it does not harm other residents or visitors of the house.
You must give other residents both in the apartments and the property area living peace. Any disruptive activity especially between 22:00 to 07:00 is forbidden.
You must take care of the apartment meticulously. You must acquire a fire alarm and it must be kept operational.
You are not allowed to ventilate the apartment to the staircase.
Doing repairs and alterations in the apartment is prohibited without the permission of the property manager.
You must immediately report water leaks and other defects to the property manager or the maintenance company.
Do not pour or let substances get into the toilet and other drains that might block them.

Balconies

You need to keep the balcony clean, and remove the snow in winter. Washing the balcony with running water is prohibited.
You are forbidden to cook warm food on the balcony with any other grill than an electric one due to the risk of fire.

Dusting and drying laundry

You are only allowed to dust carpets and bedding in places reserved for that purpose on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00. You are allowed to shake and air bed linens and dry laundry is on balconies only on the inside of the railings.

Parking

You can park only on the designated areas for parking.
The parking spaces are intended for cars in use. You are not allowed to store abandoned cars or cars not being used or their parts on the property area.

Keep the power socket box for cars locked. You are not allowed to keep the heating cord attached to the power socket when your car is not connected to it.

Domestic pets

You must keep your pets on a leash in the staircases and on the property area so that others can move around safely.
Dog or cat walkers must take care that the animal does not dirty the yards, plantings, or house walls on the property.
You are forbidden to walk dogs or cats on children’s playgrounds.
You must, as the holder of the animal, ensure that the animal does not disturb the environment or the residents with its noises.

Violations of the rule

If you violate these rules and regulations it may result in liability for damages or termination of the rental agreement.
